  13. It is well known that the (Tmtsf)2ClO4-compound has the anion gap in spectrum [1, 2]. We note that in the absence of a process of magnetic breakdown, the Fermi surface is a complex periodic function. If we take into account nonlinearity of electron spectrum along the chains (see, for example, [12]) we obtain the electron spectrum (1) with $t_{m}\: {\sim}\: 1\: \textrm{K}$. The effective overlap integrals at secondary "magic angles" $(n {\neq} 1$ in (2)) have values $t_{{m},2} \sim t_{m} \,\cdot\,^{\underline{t_{c}}}_{t_{a}}\sim 10^{-2}$ a. K and so we can neglect them.
