Abstract
Good quality single crystals of (BEDO-TTF) 2ReO 4 $\cdot$H 2O were obtained. Crystal structure, conducting properties including resistivity anisotropy and phase T- P diagram are presented. We found that the temperature of metal-metal phase transformation decreases with pressure. The superconducting transition for the best quality samples starts at $\approx 3.5$ K.
