Abstract
We study the dissolution of fully symmetric polyelectrolyte complexes that occurs when the polymer
concentration reaches a critical value. Edwards' approach is used to derive the monomer correlation
function. Near the critical concentration the correlation function shows an oscillatory behaviour
which is a typical feature of a mesophase formation.
