Extremal Hamiltonian for Directed Polymers

Abstract
We study an extremal Hamiltonian for directed polymers. The ground states are degenerate and they form a cluster of directed
percolation. This degeneracy has a hierarchical fractal structure and can be lifted by a progressive optimization.
