2D Electron in a Maghetic Field with Dissipation

Abstract
We give a method for determining a complete set of constants of motion for the system of a 2D electron in an external magnetic field and in the presence of a dissipative term $\eta\dot{q}$; the time-dependent coherent states are then uniquely determined and the effective Hamiltonian found.
