Exhausting of Fluctuating Free Volume of Dynamic Glass Transition at Low Temperatures

The conventional free volume, usually externally given by hand, is substituted by an internal fluctuating free volume. The temperature dependence of this free volume can be calculated from the transition to Levy stable distributions assuming dominance of fluctuations in functional $\alpha$ subsystems. An exhausting temperature is obtained (well above the Vogel temperature) where this free volume becomes practically zero. A cellular pattern fluctuating in space and time is suggested for the dynamic glass transition. Partial freezing-in of the cells can qualitatively explain several fundamental properties of glasses.
